- Soul cost for early levels reduced: level 2 from 400 to 300, level 3 from 800 to 600, level 4 from 1200 to 900
- Bullet Damage gained per level reduced from 1.458 to 0.91
- Health gained per level reduced from 60 to 38
- Spirit Power gained per level reduced from 2 to 1.25
- Soul requirements increased across the level table, for example from 3500 to 3800 at the low end, from 10000 to 11600 and from 25000 to 27000 in the middle, and from 43000 to 45000 at the top
- The highest soul level thresholds were removed (previously 44000, 45000, 46000 and 47000)
