Holliday's aim fixed, Bullet Dance reworked
Holliday's bullets lose their drop and spread while Haze's Bullet Dance trades its built-in evasion for a T3 upgrade.

- Vertical Recoil reduced from 0.6 to 1 down to 0.25 to 0.5
- Horizontal Recoil removed, reduced from -0.4 to 0.4 down to 0
- Recoil Recovery Delay Factor reduced from 0.75 to 0.1
